Linden

This 1899 Victorian yearned for considerable attention to accentuate its remarkable architectural details. Vaulted ceilings, stunning stained glass, and exquisite woodworking had sadly fallen into neglect due to its history as an investment property. My mission was to revive its charm by infusing modern amenities, reimagining indoor-outdoor spaces, and devising creative methods to showcase the abundant features of this expansive 2700-square-foot home.

Design is coming to grips with one’s real lifestyle, one’s real place in the world. Rooms should not be put together for show but to nourish one’s well being.

The owners of this historic landmark sought assistance in curating their art and antiques collection, aiming to optimize the utilization of their space. The design approach was driven by the desire to create a distinctive and intimate atmosphere for the home, ensuring it remains inviting to guests while showcasing its unique character.

Tudor Arms

This century-old row home boasts a myriad of exquisite original features; however, it has suffered from neglect and disrepair over the years, primarily due to multiple iterations of remodels that failed to honor its inherent beauty. By embracing and honoring its existing original features, I successfully resurrected this century-old row home, transforming it into a clean and functional space.
